My mom and I tried it for the first time today and loved it! The process was explained in detail to us before we got in the massage bed, and the massage felt great! I was surprised that my water was warm but when we were talking afterward, my mom made a comment that she wished the water hadn't been cold because it made her cold. We aren't sure why the difference in temperature, but we highly recommend! It's fast, feels great, and very affordable.
