Me and my husband went and enjoyed to the 15 minute massage but noticed when we got home that we had been charged twice. So I called today and spoke to the Manager Danielle who was very rude and screaming telling me there was nothing that she could do about and she would have John Mayes “owner” call me tomorrow. Feels AWESOME! Among the first things I do this when I get to Gatlinburg and right before I leave. Done it in the Mountain Mall. I seen it in Ober Gatlinburg tram building but I didn't try it there yet, but looks like its the same.
