Was served raw pork in the dim sum in room dining. Was unable to speak to management while at the resort. Using the text service, they said they would look into it and get back to us and never did.
The level of service provided falls short of what one would expect from a resort. I have completed the email survey to communicate my concerns about service deficiencies. It’s a good option for meetings, not because of the hotel itself but because of its proximity to Napa.
