I am somewhat satisfied with the services I requested—I will say that Latrice did a great job on my brow waxing. I would definitely return for another brow waxing from her. But I have an issue with the sports pedicure. The overall result was fine. But he woman doing it, Anka, not only started 20 minutes late (my appointment was for 5:45 pm today, and we didn’t begin until 6:05 pm), the pedicure still ended at the same time—6:45 pm—when the website says they last for at least 50-60 minutes.
