I have been going here for years. For whatever reason, their nail department cannot get there act together and the last 2 out of 3 times I arrived, I waited almost 39 minutes for my appointment. No real apologies and never a credit or anything. Today I scheduled a special pedi that was $45, to be completed by 5pm. Since they took me late, the guy at front desk wanted to charge me an additional $5 for going over the time. Ownership, you really should review your managers and this is NOT the way to treat regular customers.
Very pleasant space, the atmosphere is important to me and Spa Space hits all the "spa marks" for me, lighting, music, ambiance. I experienced a very thorough facial here and intend to come back for more services now that I have tested them with the facial.

I first came here in 2011, I treated my friends to massages and I got a Swedish prenatal massage. It was the best! The ambiance was wonderful and the customer service was excellent. Since then, I haven't been disappointed! I just bought a friend a gift certificate, I hope she enjoys it as much as I have!
Ambience was lovely, as was most of the staff. I had an amazing massage and facial here. However, I'm extremely disappointed that less than a week later my nails look terrible even with the upgrade from a regular to a gel manicure. I have 5 broken nails already and another beginning to chip. I expected far more from "the best salon in Chicago".
I loved Patricia's services but Keith fails at customer service, so I will not pay for disrespect and smug responses. Keith...your attitude is No Bueno. I am beyond hurt as I am a Spa member and regular customer.
