I just want to take a minute and thank the staff at Spa Royale for their amazing treatment. I took my lady there for a date night of pampering and boy did they make me look me look good. The facilities are state of the art, the staff was friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was relaxing, the massages were some of the best I have EVER had, the zero gravity pedi was beyond compare, and the entire experience was first class. I have had nothing but fabulous experiences at Spa Royale! I am new to Gainesville from Virginia. I have spent a little too much time in the sun and my skin was showing some signs of overexposure. Sloan introduced me to the most amazing line of skin products called ZO Skin Health. And even though I have only been using it for about a month, the difference is remarkable! I love the products and I love seeing Sloan for facials, manis/pedis, waxing. She's just great at what she does!

There are few places where one can even get their monies worth, much less far more than expected, as is the case at this little piece of heaven on earth.
We had made reservations for 6 ladies, 5 massages and 1 facial. Family was here from Pa for graduation and we were having a ladies spa day. When we got there we were told there was noone to do a facial until 4pm. Only 5 of us got services while our 6th member of our party sat in her car ans waited! We also wanted to have other services but everthing we asked for we were told there was noone to do facials and noone to do nails. Services we had were good but very disappointed with staffing issues.
