I have always recommended Spa Royale to others and it has always been my go to spa in Gainesville. However, after today I will be finding another spa. I booked an 80 minute massage with an extra 15 minute scalp massage - so 95 minutes total. I was taken back around 12:22 for a 12:15 appointment and was done at 1:45. I brought this up when I checked out and they notated that this was what I was scheduled for and should not have been done so early. I was offered a free soap as compensation. Always a favorite. Was in need of a massage and some tension relief post abdominal surgery and the staff (Cody) was able to get me in with David. David did a great job and worked around my post surgical issues and I got the tension relief I needed!! Thank you!!!
