Spa Reyna is nestled on Magazine street, in a old uptown house, with high ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows; the perfect boutique-like setting. The space has a very charming, New Orleans feel to it! Reyna's pedicures are an absolutely dream. I have always booked appointments with Reyna during my trips to New Orleans. She is my favorite person in the country for manicures and pedicures. She honors the fact that I have sensitive feet, and I find that her manicures last longer than any others I've had. On this trip I also booked a glycolic facial with Tracy which was wonderful. I recently visited Spa Reyna for a massage and was extremely pleased with my experience. The massage with Chris was excellent! She really worked the kinks out of my back but made the whole experience super relaxing. I've also visited Tracy for a facial and waxings... she is simply the best. Hands down. I have read your stellar reviews. I have experienced your services personally. I feel that your comments posted to your website are dishonest because, I believe, they are manufactured. My experience, as compared to your "reviews", was UNREMARKABLE, at best. Your reviews are so outlandish and boastful that my only conclusion is that your spa has posted these comments itself. You should be ashamed.
The reviews on this site are exaggerated. The Spa is nice but not perfect. The lights are too bright, no Spa music to welcome you. Many times the staff speaks too loud and you can hear them during your service EVEN WITH THE DOOR CLOSED!!! The owner especially speaks too loud and without regard. It is by far not a relaxing spa. The facial room is too hot...no a/c in there it seems; a fan on the floor is unexceptable for the price you pay. I've been to plenty of spa's in my life, but this one by far is the best spa i've been too. When I walked in, I felt a warm comfort and a peaceful enviorment. I recieved a facial that made me feel like a new human being. Also, I had a WONDERFUL massage with Chris that made me feel painless and relaxed! Finally, I got a mani/pedi with Reyna. While receiving my mani/pedi, I had the pleasure of meeting Reyna's fine, handsome son by the name of Jason. I would recommend to anybody that they should come to this spa!
Spa Reyna is amazing. The staff is very caring and nurturing. You can really tell they're there to help promote health and well-being. It's beautifully decorated and has such a peaceful feel when you walk through the doors. Very private. It's not noisy and chaotic like other spas in the area. No pressure sales and a knowledgeable staff. Don't feel like you're being rushed in and out like an assembly line here. Can't go wrong with this quaint little getaway from daily stresses.
This is the number one spa in new Orleans's. If you are looking for a spa in New Orleans this is the place to go!!!!! I am a "spa snob" and i have to say that they are the best spa I've been to in new Orleans and top 5 I've been to in the world: The services are amazing. Couldn't complain about a thing!!!!! PLUS the staff is super friendly!!! GO TO SPA REYNA!!!
