I purchased a Groupon for a mani/pedi and a gel mani as a Birthday gift for someone. Well, I called to set up the appointment and the lady that answered the phone (not sure if that was the manager or owner) she was nice until I told her I had a Groupon. I adore Spa Reyna! I have definitely found my new place for Brazilian. They give you the option between hard and soft wax and the esthitician makes everything as easy and painless as possible. They take such good care of you here as well, I've been to a few esthiticians in the city and I've always had problems but not here. The staff is so friendly and helpful in every way possible. I was so disappointed when I tried to make an appointment the other day. First of all, both my service providers, Tracy and Chris, were gone. Then, the girl on the phone refused to tell me how to get in touch with them! She just tried to foist me off on some esthetician I've never even met, and some massage therapist who's only there two days a week! I understand not giving out information on the competition, but this was just ridiculous. And REALLY unprofessional. Good thing for GoogleSearch!
I will be going back this is my new spot .... Prices are affordable ... The staff is very professional... This is by far my favorite place in New Orleans for manicures, pedicures, waxing, facials and massage. I am always bringing family and friends in with me - I can't reccomend it highly enough. The staff is all so friendly and great. Both Reyna and Jennifer are excellent with manicures and pedicures. I have done gel manicures there that have lasted a full month - I only took the polish off because my nails grew out too much! Ever since I have been going to Reyna my nails are in better shape. I am delighted that Reyna finally decided to open her own place. She is the absolute BEST in her field. I have visited many New Orleans Spa's and would follow Reyna ANYWHERE! Danielle is extremely professional and will bend backwards to accommodate your appointment needs. Tracy is OUTSTANDING; I have so enjoyed all of my facials and Chris...well she is just GREAT with the massages. If you are looking for a friendly, professional, reasonably priced EXCEPTIONAL SPA .....go to Reyna's!!!!
This is one of the best spas in town really a nice place to relax and be pampered. Spa Reyna's has a really wonderful staff. My first visit I was really nervous because I'm really particular about someone touching my face but Tracy was wonderful. She made me feel really comfortable. By far, this was the best facial I ever had. I would definitely recommend anyone to have a seat and be pampered in Spa Reyna.
