I purchased a gift card for my spouse in December 2019 from Spa Reveil. Unfortunately, my Wife passed away from Covid-19 and never used the gift card. As I have been going through her personal belongings I came across the unused gift card and formally requested a refund for the unused gift card because of her death. Their response was to give the gift card to someone else. They have refused a refund.
