I visited the Spa Pendry for a 90-minute prenatal massage to celebrate both my milestone birthday and my pregnancy. While the massage itself was good and the front desk staff was kind, the overall experience was underwhelming especially for such a meaningful occasion. Amazing 90 minute massage from Wallace. He focused on specific problems areas and made me feel comfortable throughout the experience. Would highly recommend! I also really enjoyed the steam room and all locker room amenities and products following my service. Will definitely be returning!
I am truly saddened by the experience I encountered at what is supposed to be a luxury hotel and spa. Kevin at Bar Pendry was not welcoming at all. I do, however want to sincerely thank Salma at the front desk for being exceptionally warm and kind. My experience at Spa Pendry was beyond disappointing.
