I can’t speak for all therapists, but my therapist spent wasted a lot of time talking. I felt like I was just put on lotion on my body versus getting a massage despite me telling him I like medium to deep pressure. Not worth the money. Highly disappointed in the quality. Ambiance and other services were fantastic though

I visited the Spa Pendry for a 90-minute prenatal massage to celebrate both my milestone birthday and my pregnancy. While the massage itself was good and the front desk staff was kind, the overall experience was underwhelming especially for such a meaningful occasion. Amazing 90 minute massage from Wallace. He focused on specific problems areas and made me feel comfortable throughout the experience. Would highly recommend! I also really enjoyed the steam room and all locker room amenities and products following my service. Will definitely be returning!
