I've been going to Bella for years always loved it! I strongly encouraged my friend to have her daughters Birthday there because I knew how special they always made my daughter feel. I called & Patrick (the owner) he assured me it would be perfect for them- kids combo polish on both w/design. 5 little girls showed up- nothing had been communicated!
