Massage and Pedicure was awesome. Highly recommend.
The pool was under construction and we were not informed when we booked our massages. I could hear the loud noises and was really making me uncomfortable during my massage. I recommend giving guests ear plugs or informing people before booking. We could have changed it to another date or went to a different spa.
Enjoyed a deep tissue massage yesterday by Nicole. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very polite. I’ve had over 50+ massages through the years, but yesterday’s was easily the best massage I’ve ever experienced. Definitely recommend & will be back! Great job, Nicole! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not at all what I expected for the Don Cesar. I expected a spa experience comparable to Four Seasons, Ritz but it don't even compare well in comparison to my lower cost spa experiences. Lounge rooms are very small and packed with people, some of the staff was rude, no real direction on where to go or what is available to do, there are people talking on their cell phones and one woman was even FaceTiming in the women's locker room.
