I called to book an appointment and was talked to so rudely that I may not use the gift card I received for services at the spa. Very sad. I can't believe such a hotel that has their clientele would not train their people to be polite and welcoming.
Best spa in St Pete. Love the rooftop view. Brenda Armstrong is an incredibly knowledgeable, experienced and generous Masseuse. I highly recommend her massages (she only works on Sundays).
The spa is not owned or operated by the hotel. Had a problem with my bill and the excessive gratuity which was automatically charged. Ask to speak with a manager and some guy told me he the spa manager when he was just a desk clerk. Will not return or re commend going there. Have had many great massages but this was very average with above average pricing!
The Spa is wonderful. Front desk is extremely helpful and polite. I have received all sorts of services and one just out does the other ! It is fabulous! A "must do" if you are in St. Petersburg!
