Usually going to a new stylist can be anxious but this was not the case at Spa Nine. JESSICA did an AMAZING job on my hair. Excellent customer service from the start;from setting up appointment to checking out. It's been a long time since I've been this satisfied with a haircut. Eduardo listened to what I wanted and delivered. Zaxy finished my experience with an excellent pedicure. I can't wait for my next appointment which is already scheduled.

First of all, Sharon is fantastic with my hair! I have slightly challenging hair and like to stick with a stylist that will do it right. This is the 3rd salon I have followed her to over the years and by far the best as far as service, cleanliness and high-quality product offerings. I didn't know it was possible, but their chairs at the wash stations are actually comfortable and don't cause any neck discomfort!
1st timer at spa nine, got a color and cut with Daniel he was very professional and knowledgeable. I love my color I will defiantly be back.
First time here. They fit my daughter and me in same day for our birthdays. Everyone was so nice and the facials and massages were amazing
