Super difficult to work with. Owner does NOT listen. Will saw a hole in your finger while filing….even after you tell her to stop.
Take your money to people who value you! The wife is rude and obnoxious. She speaks poorly of customers as they are sitting waiting. She is combative and confrontational when asked to do anything other than what she wants to do! If I’m paying for a service I should be entitled to ask for my nails to be cut down without refute!
My nails love Cindy! I’m a plain Jane, I allowed her to do a different nail cut for me on my natural nails and she ate!! Great customer service and I really enjoy my pedicures!! Thank you Cindy!!! The Teal was the first time and The Red Cat Eye was 2/2/26
I go every two weeks for nails and pedicure and the service is always well done, neat, polite, helpful and friendly.
