not good service – im sorry i have been to spa manhatten multiple times to get my eyebrows done by 4 different ladies and all of them arched them incorrectly and wazed them too far back. it has taken me a while to grow it back each time just for them to screw them up again. so now i go to another place where all of the ladies do them perfectly each time. also why do i have to wait so long to even get them done? its not worth 12$ for ambience and comfortable seating if the job is poor and it takes a long time

Don't Go To Spa Manhattan! – Very unprofessional! I had a facial and I had to wait for an hour and a half. I wasn't even given a discount for the inconvience. That's why I stop going there months ago.
Great Prices and Services – This place is so relaxing and the staff is great too, the use the best of the best in products and always have great specials and up to date services, they are very helpful and have a great website too...love it!
