Twice has happened that they forget to write the discount voucher before my appointment. The first time they were nice about it, the second time I was even “scolded” by the personnel. They said it was my fault because it would be impossible for them not to take that into account and they were calling me a liar. If this is the way they want to keep customers they are very mistaken!! I am never going back!
