Terrible customer service. I’m currently staying at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort and had made a reservation at Spa Lilliana. When booking the appointment, I asked Linsey if the spa was located at the Hilton hotel, and she confirmed that it was. Based on that information, I went to the Hilton spa, only to find out that Spa Lilliana is actually located in a completely different hotel. Stayed at the hotel for my birthday weekend. Got the most AMAZING deep tissue massage from Donna! It was wonderful and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience there. I will absolutely be back.
Went for a girls morning out, and we had the most relaxing experience! Highly recommend Caroline! She was amazing!
I had three services at the spa and enjoyed the experience very much! It is beautiful, clean, and relaxing. I was hoping to have access to steam room, sauna or hot tub like most other high-end spa experiences, but sadly none of these are available. Only for that reason I will probably choose a different option for my next spa treatments.
I had a wonderful experience at Spa Lilliana. The atmosphere was relaxing and the entire space was very clean. The shower pressure was perfect, and the soaps smelled amazing. All the toiletries were easily accessible and covered everything you could need. In the relaxation room, there were thoughtful touches like snacks, tea, and coconut water, which added to the overall comfort. Lockers were available to safely store our belongings.
