Absolutely terrible experience at Liliana Spa inside Hotel Effie. We were charged full price, tip, and add-ons for services we canceled in advance through the front desk (since the spa never answered calls or voicemails). When we went in person twice to fix it, the director and a woman named Belle were shockingly rude and confrontational. They even tried to charge us a rescheduling fee. My facial with Kimber was beyond AMAZING, she not only made me feel great with my skin but also educated me on how to care of it at home! The Best facial I’ve ever had!
My husband booked me a maternity massage at 30 weeks. I’ve always heard that maternity/prenatal massages weren’t worth it. Cara gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had! I’ll be showing up again, pregnant or not, requesting the maternity massage again because it was that great! Definitely recommend!!
