They are allowing unlicensed employees to do massages, which is a violation of Florida Statutes. You might want to look at the license before booking! The massage therapists are supposed to have their licenses on display at all times. The people working as massage therapists are licensed but the issue is, when those people call off and leave the rest of the team short-staffed and in a bind, the director allows Estheticians to give massages which is not allowed. Had a wonderful facial with Riann this morning. Super relaxing and atmosphere was great. A great way to spend time on this rainy day.
I had a facial with Kimber today and it was fantastic! Not only was her service extremely relaxing and comfortable, I could tell Kimber really enjoys what she does. If I lived in Florida I’d come back to see her!

I guess they can't speak to their last director about the whole license thing since she worked there barely a year. She ran off lots of good people in her short time. Great job 👏 👍 👌
