I had an awful experience. I had an appointment with Natalya for a facial, and when I got there, she asked if I would like a micro needling or a peel, and my response was no. I would like the same facial I had at my previous appointment, and she said OK, and had me get undressed and prepare for the session. When I got into the bed, it was ice cold, and it took Natalia a good bit to come into the room.
