It was the worst spa experience of my life. I strongly urge you to reconsider using Spa Ja in your business. I originally booked the massage in June. Spa Ja called and cancelled that massage a few hours prior to the massage time. When I tried to reschedule the massage I was told I was being inflexible for wanting a Friday or Saturday evening. ZERO STARS The manager called to reschedule our massages less than 2 hours before we were scheduled. We told them we needed 24 hours notice, just like their cancellation policy and asked for some kind of make good. The manager was very rude about it, told us "that's life" and then cancelled our appointments and told us not to come in at all. This place does not deserve anyone's business!
ZERO STARS!!! After trying for weeks to schedule an appointment here, my husband and I were finally able to get one. I had a suspicion from the start that they were shady to people using a Groupon. Terrible Customer service. Although I admit that I did not get to expirience their services and am therefore not able to judge it's quality, I have to give this spa a poor rating due to it's customer service. I had some unused credit for services purchased but never used. When I tried to use my credit they made it extremely difficult by placing false and made up limitations on the use of the credit . a truly great place – I went to Spa Ja initially with a Groupon massage I had been given by a friend who goes there. I had iced tea while I waited and there were cookies, cakes, nuts... to nibble on. I loved the massage and everything about the place. I have since been back for hair, highlights and a cut and Brazilian waxing. This is my new place.
TERRIBLE SERVICE – This was my third massage here over the course of one year - all three massages were great but the service is TERRIBLE unfortunately. I hardly ever feel compelled to write a review but I think these three experiences warrant it. The gentleman behind the counter does not seem happy and complained to me, a customer, that all of his customers rip him off by buying groupons and other discounted services. Receptionist has major attitude - he needs the social skill – Horrible - Don't book here - flaming receptionist was so rude and lied. You are a receptionist for a cheap salon you ugly idiot - get off your high horse - you are the lowest of the low. Flaming dog!!
HORRIBLE SERVICE – I bought the Groupon deal for Spa Ja thinking that it seemed like an ok price for a decent looking place. Today I called to book an appointment and was informed by the incredibly rude receptionist that they are completely booked for massages on weekends through April. WHAT?!
