The Pet Spa of Los Gatos The Pet Spa is located in Los Gatos, not too far from the downtown area. We dropped off our dog to be boarded for a few days. The rates are reasonable, $45+ for exercise and a place to sleep. The animals have roomy cages to sleep in, and are taken out and excercised daily. Don't waste your time When it was called The Pet Spa, it was OK. Now that it changed owners it went downhill fast! The people are unfriendly and sometimes rude. The groomer is SUPPOSED to be the best in town which is a joke. She cannot even handle a small dog and says she cannot do a service because the dog will not let her. She shouldn't be a groomer then. The people there have allot of body piercing, and tattoos which make me uneasy. My dogs were usually there all day for a grooming, and were so thirsty when they got home,... read more
Donna Very friendly staff. Have used their services for several years in a row for in-home care of pets. They are consistent and good w/animals. Will take in papers check all pets, water plants. Bonnie remembers me year after year and makes sure our records are up-to-date. Have always been happy with their service.
