It is okay - not a 9.3 – Adequate spa - wouldn't return. Not too luxurious and is in tiny space. No private bath facitlities and one shower! Called and made appointments and asked if we should arrive early and was told no. Was NOT told they did not even intend to open until we arrived (11am). Wanted to arrive early and soak in tub - there is no tub. Also was not told the same person was giving massage and facial - person just started into the next service. Thought it odd. Fantastic! – Professional staff, customized personal attention, atmosphere is serene, quiet, and luxurious all at the same time. Great for an hour or two get away or for a whole day retreat.
Great service, prices and location. – Heartful, personal service from beautifying your natural nails, to exquisite massages and facials. Staff is incredible. Place truly is an oasis of peace and quiet from the world with many shops and restaurants nearby. Easy parking too. Highly recommend it!
