What started as a routine cleaning turned into a disturbing lesson in how little this office understands patient rights, HIPAA regulations, and basic professionalism. Friendly atmosphere and inviting staff, quick, nice views. All around a comfortable experience!! They fixed my chipped tooth with a cap in a months time and it looks/feels so natural. They definitely restored my smile and my confidence. The dentist went over the price points and best plans with me several times and even submitted an appeal when my insurance refused me. By far a fantastic team with great results!! Thank yall!
I’ve been a patient at this practice since 2018, but the internal communication has declined so noticeably that I’m now looking for a new dentist. While delays and missteps happen, the real issue is how disorganized and unusual the billing process has become. At my most recent visit, I was brought back promptly for x-rays but then left waiting 20–30 minutes in the chair before the dentist arrived to talk about my care plan.
