SPA Dental is an amazing dental office! Because of SPA Dental, I was able to start Invisalign 5 months before my wedding and just as the dentist predicted, I finished in time for my wedding! And, when we noticed that there was discoloration on my teeth from the Invisalign brackets after they were removed, 3 days before my wedding, the dentist and staff spent hours with me conducting a cleaning, a whitening, and giving me a crown I needed on one of my front teeth, and everything was completed in time for my wedding. SPA Dental group is refusing to release my medical records that I paid for and trying to illegally extort me to pay $75 for xrays i already paid for. Withholding my personal information is illegal and they are legally only allowed to charge a maximum of $6.50 for electornic of transfer of records. I've been going to this practice for about 2 years, because it's conveniently located to my work, the staff is friendly and I appreciate having a dentist of color. They are extremely forgiving when it comes to rescheduling and not penalizing for having to cancel or shift things around. Partial point taken away because there's been more than one occasion where things were not timely but because they've given be grace with respect to late cancellation, I don't really hold it against them.
