I made an appointment for 1:30 early this morning. When I arrived they told me it would be an additional 30 minutes therefore wouldn’t begin until 2. When I said that I wouldn’t be able to wait they didn’t offer an alternative time, offer to make a new appointment, nor apologize. I finally asked if there was time on Tuesday and that is when they said to call on Tuesday to make that appointment. I was really disappointed in my first experience getting a haircut there.
Went today had a wonderful experience! I really felt like Lindsey listened to what I wanted and was so helpful. I was also donating my hair and she was very precise about measuring and making sure each ponytail was the minimum length required. Great atmosphere also. Will be scheduling there again in the future!
Heaven Jett does awesome lashes!. Quick , professional, no irritation and last a long time. She is able to deliver the very classy and Natural look. One of the Best in the pee dee!
Booked a couples massage here because the spa we normally use was booked, and it was the best massage I’ve had in a while! We will definitely be back very soon. Both massage therapists were absolutely wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a massage!!

Lindsey was so knowledgeable and immediately responded when I contacted her about the look I was going for. I literally cried tears of joy and disbelief when she was done with my hair. I won't trust anyone else in Florence with my hair. I've never felt more beautiful!
I just received my first massage from Alfred & my body feels sooooo much better! He was so pleasant, professional and friendly! He was able to tell my problem areas and concentrated on them. So thankful for this experience & I will definitely be back!!
