I first met Dr. Ashley when attending my friends Cross Fit competition, I had pain in my neck and shoulder from rotator cuff surgery. Dr. A was there to assist the athletes and invited me to her table to work out the discomfort, she did! I'm also training for an Iron Man in August, I am bone on bone in my knee w/ arthritis & was looking for some comfort. W/ her weekly adjustments and using the "clicker" I am 90% pain free and running four days a week. I recommend Dr. Ashley 100%, I'm so grateful to her. Liz
