Customer Service is NOT Alive Here! Stopped in looking for and bought at the owners recommendation a Kryptonite 1218 bike lock. Upon returning home with it and doing a google search for reviews of the lock; Amazon gave this lock a 2.5 star and stated that the set combination randomly changes and then you're stuck not able to get your bike. 2.5 stars is low so I ended up returning it.
