Customer Service is NOT Alive Here! Stopped in looking for and bought at the owners recommendation a Kryptonite 1218 bike lock. Upon returning home with it and doing a google search for reviews of the lock; Amazon gave this lock a 2.5 star and stated that the set combination randomly changes and then you're stuck not able to get your bike. 2.5 stars is low so I ended up returning it. Do NOT go here; save your money/time!! Please do NOT trust this bike shop, they are Amateurs!! I brought my bike in there to get fixed and after paying $55 and them telling me that it is quote; All set to go, I take it for a ride in my development and boom everything comes apart. So after taking the bike back to the shop to get them to fix it, they basically yelled at me and told me that it was MY fault somehow even though I rode it on the pavement during a dry day.
