I’ve been coming here for a couple of years, and Devin, the owner, has been the person who cuts my hair. Unfortunately, my experiences have become increasingly frustrating. Almost every time I come in for a haircut, he’s on his phone. On one occasion, I sat in the chair for about 5–8 minutes waiting for him to even start because he was too busy on his phone.
