have always had a good experience here, the stylists are very professional
this was the worst experience I had ever experienced... There is no way are they trained to cut hair they left blocked in my hair short long it was pathetic... please stay away from that salon
All the girls are wonderful!! My nails are always beautiful! They do a good job.
Kind of disappointed in my experience today. Although the nail technician was nice, the level of service was no where near what I expected. I was initially charged for a $20 manicure which according to the brochure consists of shaping, buffing, cuticle care, massage, polish, and my choice of paraffin treatment or masque. What I received however was shaping, MINIMUM cuticle care and polish-- no buffing at the very least--quite odd. The "45 minute" pedicure was more like 20. I also did not receive the hot towel masque.
