very clean and professional.
absolutely horrific. not covid compliant. No hand sanitizer. took temperature of some not all patrons. kids in diapers in pool. on line it said no nudity due to covid. my 30 year old daughter was in the hydopool n they told her she had to be naked to be there. I could go on and on!!!@ I called on Thursday to ask if I needed to make appointments, etc. I was told no I would be accommodate. 100% didn't happen. My daughter's 30 birthday was RUINED. Definitely not a spa!!@ more like a public pool!!
They need more control with people, today was a couple en the main pool in the top , they look like they was having sex and a couple kids around., I complain to the manager but she only go out to look but did noting about ,.!! So to bring my kids again no , is not like family atmosphere
