We have been going to Spa Capri for a couple years now and always have a great experience. The therapist may not speak perfect English but when you ask for more or less pressure they always respond accordingly and professionally.

The massage was very skilled and physically helpful. However, the session felt too focused on money: even though I tipped generously, I was asked for more and then told to see another therapist when I did not comply. It made me feel like I was valued more as a source of income than as someone seeking real healing. Booked a couples massage for Sunday 11/21 at 11:15am. We arrived on time and were told there was only one person available to give a massage. The receptionist got the time wrong. The manager continued to argue with me on the time, although I pulled up an email confirming 11:15am. Manager practically begged us to wait until she could arrive. Just totally inconvenient as we’re traveling from OC and don’t want to wait all day.
Massage was okay, but the place is lack luster and you can find cleaner, more ambient spaces for the same price in San Diego. They require you to tip up front, and charge a $5 card fee. Then, at the end, they told me that they gave me a deep tissue, and owed them $10 more dollars plus the $5 card fee again.
