Worst massage of my life, terrible customer service – I went to Spa Butterfly as a spur-of-the-moment pre-birthday dinner treat to relax and get a massage. They were able to accomodate me quickly, so I was grateful they had an opening. I told the massage therapist that I have sciatic pain, so she agreed to focus on it. And I must preface the rest of this review wit hthe fact that she was a very nice woman and it's not personal.... Great place to relax and get a manicure! – I've had manicures done here numerous time and the service is great!! The atmosphere and enviornment is calm and relaxing. The place was clean and the staff took care of me. I love the decor of the place. I didn't have to wait and the outcome was just what I wanted. I highly recommend this place!!
less than ideal – I have been coming to spa butterfly since the day it opened its doors, and I am sad to say that I will never return again. In fact, I simply can't make any kind of endorsement for this 'spa' (read upscale nail salon,) since my most recent incident. great escap for nice and relaxing menicure and pedicure :) – great manicure and pedicure. clean and pleasant environment. perfect for lunch time away from work to relax and get your nails done.
Going Down Hill – I would come to this place sometimes for my lunch break or after work. When we would make reservations, it never seemed to matter to them. We still had to sit there and wait a long time. Also, when a friend asked for her nails to be cut the manicurists refused to do it. Isn't it policy to give the customer what they want?! Disappointing Manicures – I work right next to the spa, so getting manis and pedis at lunch is very convenient and relaxing. Or at least, it used to be. I made an appointment this Monday for a friend and I to get manicures. When we got to the spa, there weren't enough technicians working, so we had to get our manicures one after the other instead of at the same time. not impressed – I got my nails done last week. The manicurist rushed to get her job done: she soaked my hands for just a minute or so and did a very poor job at trimming my cuticles, although I asked her to remove everything. She then applied nail polish over the cuticles... The nail polish chipped off a few days later.
Spa Butterfly is the best place to be!!!!!! – I worked right around next door, and this place is the place to come. I bring my clients and friends here all the time to get our pedis together! With their hot shoulder packs and great waxing. The atmosphere gives it a warm feeling! I also love the fireplace! so remember to book your appointments and this is a place i defintely recommend to all my colleagues.
I"ve been a regular at Spa Butterfly because of their decent and pleasant services and atmosphere but lately they've become nothing but a cheap nail salon, it's very disappointing that they don't honor the reservation or returning customer as they used to,
