Do not buy from them. The owner is more of a hustler who doesn’t make things right. Sold a tub and didn’t deliver a part. Knowingly making false statements that he put it inside my home to make an excuse why he had to take the spa cover bar off. I did not receive it. Did not respond for weeks. Blamed the death of the delivery man and used profanity. Refused to offer any resolution . Take your money and run scenario with this small business.

I am sorry that you feel this way. Your tub was delivered and your cover lift was there when it was delivered. There has been no false statements made nor were you ignored. You waited weeks to say something to us and we told you where it was left when our guys were finished. We DID have a death in our company so that was not also false information. We are NOT a take your money and run company.

I purchased a spa from this company 5/2020 and have regretted the transaction ever since. Once this company receives your money, it is a completely different experience. I waited past promised delivery of the tub and had to call multiple times to get more information. The tub had several leaks upon arrival. I was promised repeatedly from the company that someone would be out at different periods, but it took weeks to actually get a technician to come out. We asked you to be patient when you purchased as parts and things were a challenge to get due to Covid and you did not want to wait until all items were in to complete the spa. We have called Spa Builders on many occasions to repair a hot tub we bought in Feb 2020. We have a one year warranty on this tub. The last time we called was May 1, 2020. As of today (6/8/2020). they have not returned our calls. We are left with a tub that continues to leak and they are doing nothing to honor the warranty. We have never refused to pay a bill we owed, but this is a first. These are the most rude and unprofessional people we have encountered in our 66 years of life.
