Spa Brokers charged almost double for a 5 pound tub of chlorine for our hot tub versus what another store charges for the exact same product. Absolutely ridiculous- we won't be returning and definitely will never recommend them.
We purchased our hot tub in June and have been extremely happy with Spa Brokers. We love our hot tub and Cameron and Dana have been great at answering any of our questions.
Anything! Paid for a wet start then decided i didn’t need it ended up doing it myself when I got spa but they won’t give me a refund but 50% In store credit per manger. If your in the market for a Tub don’t come here these guys only care about getting the sale then your basically dead to them very poor service I regret giving them my business they obviously do not care about people. I particularly enjoy doing business with Travis at the Aurora Store. Have been for years now, but just now decided to write. He is always engaging, remember my name, pleasant, jovial and helpful. Occasionally I have had to wait while he was busy with other customers, and as a former salesman, he exhibits a great demeanor which I guess is why I like him.
So happy with our spa! Also thankful to Chad and everyone at their store for all their knowledge and help!
Nate and the Spa Brokers team have been nothing but fantastic to work with beginning with the first conversation. No high pressure sales, just honest answers and real opinions... no upselling, no pressure. Our new hot tub is set up great for our family thanks to their recommendations. We had a few hiccups with getting up and running, mostly user error and they helped up solve the problems quickly. 3 months in and our hut tub has become a fun addition to the home and family life. Great decision, no regrets. Thank you Guys.
I purchased my fire pit about a year ago from the Westminster location and love it.The install was smooth and professional. I went back a few days ago to make another purchase. The gentlemen was honest and did not sell me what I was looking to buy as it would not work for my application. Most stores would not be that honest. I will be returning to purchase other items. Highly recommend.
