I was not impressed w/ this spa. This spa is located in such a nice hotel so I expected excellent customer service. I couldn't believe at the lack of caring towards customers but once I went to pay I figured out it out. The tip is automatically added so there is no reason to impress or make people feel special. Employees are getting paid no matter what. The massages were nice but the manicures/pedicures were substandard. Very sad and disappointed.
