Updating my review to one star after this place decided to fire a massage therapist the night before I had a 9am massage scheduled. They left a voicemail at 5pm the night before asking me to give them a call back and then didn’t answer when I called the next morning so I was already halfway there when I found out my appt was cancelled. I wish I could say this was an amazing experience, especially given how beautiful the spa is and how kind and welcoming the staff were. The amenities were pristine, well-maintained, and exactly what you'd expect from a high-end spa. Everyone I interacted with was warm and professional, and I could tell they genuinely wanted guests to have a great experience. Unfortunately, my massage was anything but. 2nd pedicure of my life and it was a great experience
My girlfriend and I had massages scheduled, and we thought they were at 2 pm. At 11 am, the spa called her and ask her where we were. We couldn't find the spa anywhere in the place. Finally, we found it was so stressed out when we arrived. Tabitha was the best at what she died. With 12 years experience she was excellent. THANK YOU, TABITHA. YOU'RE THE BEST
