I wish I could say this was an amazing experience, especially given how beautiful the spa is and how kind and welcoming the staff were. The amenities were pristine, well-maintained, and exactly what you'd expect from a high-end spa. I was so pleasantly surprised by this spa! Very clean with nice amenities. And my deep tissue massage with Gerardo was OUTSTANDING!!!
2nd pedicure of my life and it was a great experience
My girlfriend and I had massages scheduled, and we thought they were at 2 pm. At 11 am, the spa called her and ask her where we were. We couldn't find the spa anywhere in the place. Finally, we found it was so stressed out when we arrived. Tabitha was the best at what she died. With 12 years experience she was excellent. THANK YOU, TABITHA. YOU'RE THE BEST
Everything is amazing including Gerardo who has such healing hands as a licensed massage therapist. The detox body scrub/massage was the perfect package choice. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. The entire spa experience was fabulous and relaxing. Kudos to everyone for being so customer service friendly and polite. I will definitely be back for additional services. Thank you for helping to make this stay so enjoyable!!
