Alessandra is so amazing!!! I’ve been going to her for over 6 months and my skin has transformed. Her facials are the best I’ve ever had. Not to mention she is so kind and truly cares for you and your skin. The environment of her spa is so relaxing and all the products she uses are natural and smell sooo good! I learned so much about my skin from going to her! I HIGHLY recommend a facial from her or any treatment really.
Alessandra is warm, welcoming and passionate about her work. She uses high quality products for her facials, and takes extra care even for a simple leg wax. I always feel like she wants me to feel my best, she asks about my specifics needs for unscented products and adapts to them. Her space is sunny, colorful and clean. And on top of it all, she is smart and funny so it's always a great time chatting with her! Great service with true human connection.
I've been coming here every month for almost a year now and always get the custom 90 minute facial. I would highly recommend it because Alessandra because she knows what she's doing and remembers my skin history and even things about my life which makes it a fun experience. Alessandra is absolutely incredible - it’s like she can read skin. She recently squeezed me in for a quick 5 minute visit the same day to help zap a painful cystic zit that was just forming, and didn’t even charge. That is her level of care and dedication. Alessandra has been taking care of my face for 7 years now, and what a difference she has made, both in the services she provides (including vigorous facial massage) and the excellent products she recommends!! Last time I went to the Rainbow Grocery, the cashier asked for my ID TWICE when I claimed the senior discount. (I told him he could ask as many times as he wanted; I didn't mind.)
