I’ve been to this spa previously and the services were excellent, so for my birthday this year I decided to book again. On the website, the microdermabrasion is listed for $80 and the body polish as $45. When my sister in law called to pay for my services, she was told that the price of the body polish was inaccurate on the website and that it was $75 and they wouldn’t be able to honor the listed price. I wish I could leave a 0 rating . I called to buy my sister in law a Body Polish for her birthday for the list website price but I was told that the website prices are incorrect and the cost would be more. So I asked if they would honor their website price and the owner said NO that it was a misprint. This is HORRIBLE customer service. That is your website and you are resposible for what is listed and to refuse to honor the listed price is BAD BUSINESS.
