Absolutely loved our time at Wind Creek Spa. Johann and Donna were amazing for our 80 minute couples massage. My partner left feeling absolutely amazing after her massage with Johann. The facilities were all very lovely and relaxing to unwind in after. The reception lady who checked us in (sorry I didn’t get her name!) was also so lovely and friendly showing us around the facilities. She made us feel very welcomed. Absolutely love coming to this spa! Had a bit of a mishap with appointments due to calling the call center instead of the spa directly. It was not the spas fault but my own miscommunication. (Just be careful and double check you’re calling the spa directly because it’s an easy mistake to make) But the spa was more than accommodating and made everything work out! My sister and I took a day off of work to have a massage and utilize amenities at the Windcreek Spa for our birthday. We both planned to have massages at 12 and then utilize the amenities afterwards. You are also able to use amenities and hour before your appointment which was great and we did that! Within the first hour we were amazed, the staff was so friendly, the place was so clean and well run. Well worth the visit and the spa and its employees are astounding. Big thank you to Lauren and Sara for being so friendly and welcoming at the front desk. Donna my massage therapist was great and truly gave a fantastic deep tissue massage. This spa is beautiful and the spa employees are all amazing! The amenities that come with a spa service are great to enjoy while waiting for your booked service
