The spa and its facilities are truly top-notch, offering a wonderfully luxurious environment. What really sets this place apart, however, is the excellent staff. Led by Lauren and Sarah, the team goes above and beyond to ensure a flawless, five-star experience.
I had a great experience with Erin Joseph. We talked and laughed while she was doing my pedicure. Definitely will request her again for my future pedicures.
My favorite place for a pedicure! Why go anywhere else when for not much more, you can have 2 hours of access to the gorgeous spa?? Erin, who did my pedicure, is the nicest nail technician I've ever had and the manager, Lauren, is such a pleasure to talk to. A true gem. I felt like I was hanging out with old friends and thoroughly enjoyed my "me time".
I got a gift card for the spa for Christmas and finally got a chance to use it! Couldn’t recommend it enough. The staff is so professional and friendly and the amenities included with your service are clean and relaxing. My massage with Charles was fantastic, hope to be back soon!
Absolutely loved our time at Wind Creek Spa. Johann and Donna were amazing for our 80 minute couples massage. My partner left feeling absolutely amazing after her massage with Johann. The facilities were all very lovely and relaxing to unwind in after. The reception lady who checked us in (sorry I didn’t get her name!) was also so lovely and friendly showing us around the facilities. She made us feel very welcomed.
