My friend and I went to the spa for a massage. Unfortunately we arrived only 3 minutes before our scheduled service- definitely our fault. As a result, our massage was 40 minutes rather than 50 minutes. I was so sad because the massage was great but, too short. Again, our fault. We loved all services. We liked the time in the steam room, the hot tubs, and the extended chairs. What I was not happy with was the attitude of my masseuse. The spa and its facilities are truly top-notch, offering a wonderfully luxurious environment. What really sets this place apart, however, is the excellent staff. Led by Lauren and Sarah, the team goes above and beyond to ensure a flawless, five-star experience.
I had a great experience with Erin Joseph. We talked and laughed while she was doing my pedicure. Definitely will request her again for my future pedicures.
My favorite place for a pedicure! Why go anywhere else when for not much more, you can have 2 hours of access to the gorgeous spa?? Erin, who did my pedicure, is the nicest nail technician I've ever had and the manager, Lauren, is such a pleasure to talk to. A true gem. I felt like I was hanging out with old friends and thoroughly enjoyed my "me time".
I got a gift card for the spa for Christmas and finally got a chance to use it! Couldn’t recommend it enough. The staff is so professional and friendly and the amenities included with your service are clean and relaxing. My massage with Charles was fantastic, hope to be back soon!
