As always, my experience with Dental Arts has been great. yesterday was the same, no pain/no scary feeling (I'm very nervous with dental work).
From the booking process to the post visit email everything was smooth, professional and easy. Dr Sherman is a sweet man and great dentist. He has amazing customer relations skills and a passion for his work and i am sure this is what makes this practice so busy and successful.
The staff, the location, the treatment and my hygienist is the best! She is thorough, personable, professional, knowledgeable and sensitive. The staff is friendly, courteous, and atrentive. I would recommend this practice.
If your looking for the most conscientious and gentle dental hygienist, ask for Nancy Musleh. I've been going to her for 3 years now. She is meticulous and explains everything she is doing -- best ever!
I don't really like going to the dentist and I have had some awful dentist experiences in the past (e.g., trying to sell me stuff I don't need, like invisaline, trying to steal my gold tooth and replace it with something else, unhygienic facilities, rude dentists/dental assistants, etc....). Torrey Pines Dental Arts is none of those things and really an amazing place with an amazing staff. I've never felt anything but comfortable and completely satisfied there. I highly recommend it.
I'm what they call an "anxious patient" and hadn't been to a dentist in years when I started visiting Torry Pines. The entire office is very warm and caring. They helped me through several procedures to greatly improve my dental health. Dr Sherman is the best; some specialists practice there as well, so if you need oral surgery or a periodontal procedure you are in luck! (I've had both, with no problems and very little pain -- these guys are good)
Everyone at Torrey Pines Dental Arts is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended and often referred.
