Fantastic place. Services are the best. The folks who run the spa, phones, membership need to seek employment elsewhere. I have never worked so hard to give away $500.00 in my life. I have wasted time on phone calls, waiting for Robyn to call back, waiting for ANYONE to call back. Nothing. I love love love this place. Today, Matt gave me the best massage I have ever had. Staff is helpful and courteous and facility is immaculate.
my matrons of honor took me to the spa for my bachelorette weekend. IT WAS AMAZING! each service was better than the next! I would absolutely recommend getting the milk and honey soak and the cocoa bean polish! The polish was easily the best thing I've ever done to my body. I felt so great afterwards. Friends, Family, heck people I don't really know but you HAVE to take your friends, family, Co workers, neighbors or even people you just met to This Wonderful Hershey Spa cuz it's amazing and you will feel like your walking on clouds! Yep I said it. I went for my bday and heck I feel sleepy but yet smell good and drank hot coco, which is SOMETHING I never drank before!!!
