As a former manager of another upscale spa I am very impressed with how this spa is run. The experience is well-organized, clean, and justifies its price point. We had a couples massage for our one year wedding anniversary, which was my husband's first massage, and he said he is now hooked. Well done!
I have visited the spa many times and have never had a bad experience. I enjoyed my visit yesterday because I needed an escape and that is exactly what I got. My facial was amazing and my face is flawless today. I had time to relax with a cup of tea and write in my journal. I feel refreshed!

Ive been in Hershey Spa a couple times but yesterday was not the best . I celebrated my birthday with a group of friends . We usually have a birthday spa with my cousin every year but yesterday it felt like a waste of time . I had a massage and facial yesterday I was very dissapointed . The Hershey Spa is a wonderful, pampering experience in an absolutely gorgeous facility. The staff, from the front desk, to the hostess and the massage therapist were all so personable and friendly. I would highly recommend this facility!
