I waited 45 minutes for a scheduled appointment yesterday and had to leave. Stylist did not come out at all - receptionist was very nice and apologized but awful for a working mom that doesn't normally have a sitter on a weekend. Terrible experience.
Had the best Swedish Massage of my life today! Alexandra was incredible.
Terrible color and cut at a very high price. Called to complain and was told that the manager would call back. She did not.
The girls working were really fun to talk to and I enjoyed my mani pedi. Wished you guys had gel pedicures, tho!
WOW. My first Spa day for men was an amazing bday gift to remember. I woke up feeling like a million dollars after an hour deep tissue message from Alexandria who knows what she is doing and a facial from Alyssa . I am ready for my next appointment.
