I was thrilled to receive a gift card from my dance students, I was able to take a little time for myself and have massage. It was an extremely relaxing experience and I am now feeling rejuvenated. Love this spa, I will return again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Spa at Falling Waters this week. My massage was very relaxing and Rosalie was definitely successful in relieving the tension in my back and shoulders. I highly recommend this spa- everyone is very professional and friendly!
My massage and facial were amazing! The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxing in the spa portion. I also had a pedicure which was good. My toes looks great but the girls working were only focused on having conversations together and not the actual clients that were there. The conversation was also not very professional. I would definitely go back for another massage. Heather was amazing!!
Honestly. I had big hopes... very let down. For $125 for a gel mani and pedi, it should have been one of the best. Thank goodness I had a gift card that i had from someone but crappy they paid for a crappy mani and pedi. I wouldn’t return if I didn’t have money left On the card. I think my daughter has painted them better. Wish I could post pics on here. Worst mani and pedi I have ever left with from anywhere.
I got to my appt early and wasn't taken until 20 minutes after,the signature pedicure was what I got which is an expensive pedicure ($75). The girl charged me a $15 gel removal fee , the girl never filed my toes, my toes look like my two year old grandson painted them . Had a 30 minute massage for my neck and back after riding 100 miles on my bike the day before for Missing and Exploited Children. I was very impressed with the atmosphere and all the staff that I encountered. Nicole Op was very nice and fantastic... my neck feels amazing! Before I left, I scheduled an hour deep massage with Nicole in a few weeks.
