My doctor recommended that I try Stress Massage before placing me on muscle relaxers. Best advice I ever got. Met Heather who has been amazing and has made progress already in only 2 visits! She explained exactly what was going to be our plan and her technique is working wonders. I highly suggest that if you have any stress in your life.... call and ask for Heather!
