Spa #1 Nails is always phenomenal! Jen, Lisa, Tracy, and Sky were fantastic today! Thank you for consistently taking great care of my mom and I!
They are super nice and friendly but from my experience…it’s always a problem with the quality one way or another.. this is 5 days.. the other hand is one nail. Dip with tips. I called to tell them and they said come in to fix for free but I’m not I’m just going to go elsewhere. Tracy put the tips and Lisa finished with the dip. My pedicure and eyebrow was amazing with Lisa.
I've been hit or miss with this place. The best advice is to get to know the nail techs and get their names to avoid heartache. I've brought men who got foot massages and excellent pedicures while I sat beside them, ordered the same service, and got half as much. They need to have a minimum set of services that each tech should offer. I rarely JUST come to the nail spa to get color on my nails. I come for the pampering. I want the chairs to work, the water to be hot, the jets to be on full blast, a foot and leg massage, neck... read more
Told them want I need. This is what I received. No Tap fill-in on my nails, or Gel X fill-in on my daughter nails (they used acrylic fill-in on her) Cracked Nails! Zoom in to see where nails cracked. Review is posted based on managers response. Thank you for your service...
Very nice place. Clean, bright and plenty of space. The staff was nice and did a good job on my manicure with pariffin dip and buffing my nails. They have water and soft drinks for free.
