Spa #1 is definitely the #1 nail salon anywhere! It’s truly an escape from everyday life - I love that I can sit and relax and look at beautiful scenery on the tv. It is the cleanest salon I’ve ever been to, and the staff is so friendly, they greet me by name. All the technicians are meticulous, but Nina is the best! I highly recommend!
Deceitful business practices and poor customer service. Unfortunately, after coming to this establishment on and off for approximately six years, I will not be returning. I initially started coming here because it is close to my home, usually for a brow wax and pedicure. I was pleasantly surprised when I was warmly welcomed as a walk-in around 11am on a Thursday. Fortunately, someone was available to do my pedicure. The atmosphere was bright, clean and comfortable. Plus, they use the plastic liner for the foot soak tub, their tools are sanitized between customers Despite being fairly busy, it didn’t feel cramped. I’ve been looking for a good nail shop in the area and this will definitely be my go to spot!
