Howie is GREAT... I wanted to go a lot shorter with my hair, color and highlights, showed him a few pictures. Love the hair cut, the color and highlights were exactly what I wanted. So happy to find Howie and will definitely be going to him from now on!!
1st time in 20 years that i cut my hair with someone unknown for me. In a Scale 1-5 i give 4.5 because my hair have personality and after Howie's art the hair continues with the same personality
