Don’t park here. Gate gets stuck and requires an attendant to manually open. Took 15minutes
Parked in the North Blvd garage for two years. First thing I noticed is there is very little upkeep. They paint new lines without completely removing the old ones, so people get confused and park incorrectly. The doors break CONSTANTLY, and more than half the time it was at night when me and a dozen other people were just trying to park in our $250 per month spot and go home and sleep. Not so happy with this parking locations. Their doors break at least once a month, and sometimes we have to wait for an hour for someone from the operations team to manually open the doors for us.
Ignore all the emails. Worst customer service.
