I am extremely disappointed with the valet parking service provided by SP Corporation at Mercy Hospital. I paid the $7 valeamt fee when I arrived, as required. My mother is an inpatient, and I was told she would be transferred at 6:00 p.m. Because of that, I stayed with her. Unfortunately, due to a medical emergency, her transfer didn't happen until around 10:00 p.m. Since valet service normally closes at 7:00 p.m., I spoke with the hospital security guard and explained my situation.
