No signs related to entry for stairs/lift access when picking up your car. I had to go through the car entrance on foot which was not safe. I saw few other people go through car entrance as the stair was exit only and required fob access for entry.
I had a great experience working with Mickey and Luis while setting up my monthly parking at VYV. They were both incredibly responsive, patient, and clear in explaining the proration, billing cycles, and fees.
